Kerry Gold Design GroupDesigning projects since 1988, Kerry Gold Design Group specializes in residential remodels, additions, and custom designed homes. Additional design projects include office buildings, a 50’s style car wash, a private school, an assisted living facility and commercial tenant improvements. We serve the greater Los Angeles area and Ventura County, and have had special design assignments in Arizona and New York. We work closely with the client to meet their personal design requirements while keeping the project within budget. Basic to the philosophy of Kerry Gold Design Group, creative design solutions and construction problem solving are provided to give the clients unique living spaces. We offer to guide you through the process, from preliminary design, to construction documents, permit processing, and construction oversight to bring about a successful project. Kerry Gold Design Group was established in 1988. Prior to creating his business, Kerry was partner at a firm that offered interior design, architectural design, and construction services. This varied background experience gives Kerry a unique ability to produce plans that are contractor friendly, and meet the needs for finished interior treatments and furniture layout. Kerry earned his Architectural degree at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, graduating in 1976, and received his Architectural license in 1983. With more than two decades of experience, he has a firm grasp of all facets required to produce a successful, well-designed project from concept to completion. Kerry Gold Design Group offers complete architectural design services. We work closely with interior designers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure an accurate plan while working with client design and budget requirements. As an added service, we are pleased to have acquired the Interior Design services of Peggy Rasmussen of Home & Garden Design Studio, whose education and design experience adds another dimension to the Kerry Gold Design Group.
